The 1900 census records Hattie R Price appears as the wife of Isaac Jefferson Briscoe in Parker County, Texas. She is his 3rd wife.
1900 Federal Census, Parker County, Texas, 4 June, Voting Precinct 4 Outside Weatherford, District 65, Page 2B, House #26, Family #27

Briscoe, Henry Son W F Feby 1885 15 Single TX MO MS Farm Laborer
Note that this census reports that Hattie was born in Mississippi. I have found that most genealogies report no place of birth.
In 1910, Hattie (nickname for Harriet) is spelled as Hettie, usually a short form of Hester. Isaac and Hettie/Hattie's son Henry and his wife Lena are living in their household.

I find her name as Hattie or Hettie in various sources. S H Norton, in comments on Isaac Jefferson Briscoe's obituary, refers to her as Hettie, as some genealogies do. Hattie's own obit spells her name as Hattie. Hattie may have been her actual name, or it may have been a nickname for her full name Harriet. I have not seen a record with her name as Harriet. In the 1920 census she is again Hettie.
1920 Federal Census, Parker County, Texas, 2 January, Justice Precinct 1, District 37, page 1A, Weatherford & Balch Rd, Hse #11, Fam #12

Notice that the name in her obit is spelled Brisco. The surname is spelled both ways in family and public records over the decades. It is generally spelled with the E.
