- In the 1870 census, we find that Mary A Loughridge Keith is the head of a household with her five children, living three houses down from her parents Benjamin and Lucinda Loughridge. Richard Bates reports that her husband Reuben Roper Keith died on 15 August 1894. where was he at the time of this census?
