Greer County, Oklahoma Territory was originally a part of Texas, and was ceded to the US to become part of the Oklahoma Territory. Altus was in the part of Greer from which Jackson County was created in 1907, as a new county when the State of Oklahoma was formed.

Is J appears to be Isaac Jefferson, named for his grandfather. His birthplace is written as Old Mexico, then written above appears to be Am Cit, likely meaning American Citizen. Did they move to Mexico for a short time, where Isaac was born, before moving back to Oklahoma? It would have been about 1905 after the birth of John, and they would have moved back in 1919, as 1 January was the census date in 1920.
Isaac's Social Security record reports his actual birth was in November 1905. This is consistent with a move sometime in 1905 or late 1904. With the short time frame, it is likely Telitha was pregnant during the move.
