  Geneva's death certificate gives her mother's name as Beauford.  This matches a marriage records of W L Hudson and Minnie L Beauford in 1894.  It appears, however, that her father Bill's second wife was also maiden named Beauford, and the name reported in the 1920 census is similar, Lara M, which could be the same names in a different order.  But the wife in the 1920 census is a second wife, because Bill is reported as a widower in the 1910 census, living with his parents along with all his children.
