In 1860 they are in the same location, next door to now widowed Mary Hays.  Following the three names of the household, there is a notation about a John Weaver that is not totally readable.  There is no age or other personal information given, except a Real Estate value given of $2000.  This valuation makes it seem this is another individual also named John Weaver.

Why is no personal information given, and why the extended explanation of his work, which starts in the name field and continues through blocks for other information like age, sex, and occupation?  Or is this an explanation about our John?  And why add this unusual info only for him out of all the residents of the district?  Don't you just love historical research?

Except for the difference in Real Estate value, this appears to be a comment about John.  Ancestry analyzes this as another name in the household, but has no age or other information, not any comments about the extended notation..
