In 1930, it looks like Nellie is running a boarding hosue, which she is renting. She is designated as the head of a household of lodgers (except for her son Wyatt), even though her occupation is described as "Housekeeping rooming House." Nellie's age is about 10 years older than it should be, since she was only 40 in the 1920 census and 60 here! Note that even her daughter Mabel and her grandchildren are designated as Lodgers!
