  Next door is a David Harkins who may be a cousin.  The Harkins were married to Terrys and other related families.  I don't know which family of Harkinses David is from.  Two doors past David is Tapley's brother James and his family.

  Tapley and Susan moved to Texas about 1896.  Tapley died there in 1897.  Susan applied for veterans widow's benefits.  The application says he died in McLennan County (Waco area, where many Terrys had moved).  According to details in her application, they moved to McLennan County about 1896 and to Callahan County in the panhandle, about 1894.
