  Ruth Rowland, 102, of Stuttgart, widow of Edward Rowland, died May 30, 2019.
  
  Mrs. Rowland was born April 24, 1917 in Cabot, Arkansas to Henry and Maggie Sneed.
  
  She was a member of the Baptist Church in Des Arc.
  
  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, five brothers, two sisters and her son-in-law, Don Underwood.
  
  Survivors are her children Betty Underwood of Stuttgart and Larry Rowland (Joyce) of Pocahontas, four grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren.
  
  Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. June 2 at Essex Funeral Home with burial in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Visitation will be at 1:00 p.m. June 2nd.
