  Finding Anna's death information has been a frustrating saga.  There was a record in the name of Anna M Jackson, whose death was reported in an index listing only with no further details, whose date of death was reported as 17 April 1930.  This is about 9 months after her husband William Jackson married his second wife, which was thought to be after Anna's death.

  The middle initial M here appeared to be the commonly-found use of an initial to represent Anna's maiden name McQuaid.   In October 2015 another record finally became available through the ever-growing online library of Ancestry.com which clarified that this was one Anna Margaret Jackson, not our Anna McQuaid Jackson.  The different birth date confirmed that this was a different individual.
