Fannie Belle Kelley was the second wife of George Edward Tugman, afterhis divorce from Lucy Gregory.

It appears that George and Lucy moved to Wyoming and were divorcedthere.  In 1920, they are both in Platte County, Wyoming, and nowdivorced and living in different locations in the county.  Their firstson David (Dave) was born in Oklahoma in about 1915 and the second sonJ D was born in Wyoming about February or March 1919, according to thecensus report, but in April 1919 according to family sources and theCalifornia Death Index.  For some reason, George's middle initial isreported here and in 1930 as T instead of E for Edward, as we woudlexpect from family sources.

From the birth of David in Oklahoma and J D in Wyoming, we see theymoved out to Wyoming sometime between 1915 and 1919.  George movedback to Oklahoma and was remarried by about 1923.  He and his new wifeFannie Belle Kelley were enumerated in Comanche County,  Oklahoma in1930.

George was in California for a while, perhaps related to WWII.  In the1952 directory, we find him in Bakersfield, Kern County, California. His son JD (called Jack) and his wife Mary are also living inBakersfield by now, where Jack was a truck driver.  Note that here thename is again spelled Tugmon, while in some other branches of thefamily, it is spelled Tugman.  George's first wife Lucy Gregoryspelled the name Tugman, and her Tugman descendants continue to spellit that way.  Here Lucy's son Jack, however, is listed under thespelling of his father's name Tugmon.

George's Social Security records report his birth date as in 1882.This conflicts with all other family sources, which report him born in1891.  His age in censuses likewise corresponds with birth in 1891.

The SS Death Index reports his last residence was Chouteau, in MayesCounty, Oklahoma.  Family sources report he died in Pryor, in the samecounty.  He was likely in a hospital, though I have not found adefinite record or report of that.  The SS number was issued in NewMexico.
