  • I expect the name Huse is a nickname for the name Houston, the name ofone of Grover's brothers.  There was an earlier Huse B Terry, whom Ifound in the census of 1900, in Tilton, Whitfield County, Georgia.  Hewas born in September 1875, and is living near John Crenshaw Terry.

    I found that the date of death on Huse's gravestone differs by over 3years from the date of death reported by military records!  Thememorial headstone says he died in November 1942, instead of November1945.  The 1942 date of death may be more specific information.December 1945 was the end of the war in the Pacific.
