The child born in 1894 matches the 1900 child named Nora (Noera) andNorah in 1910.  The 10-year old child reported in 1900 matches Mary ofthe 1896 report.  Mary's name in 1900 is Nan nio Nina (transcribed byAncestry as Nannie Nina).  Ages varying a year or two is very closefor the census reports.  After getting the 1900 census, I could tellthis Unknown 2-year-old child of 1896 is Norah.  The actual year ofbirth for Norah looks like it should be 1894 at the latest, not 1895,as reported here.

Norah's age is reported as 5 in 1900, but 13 in 1910, making it appearshe was  born in about 1896 or 1897.  In the 1900 census she wasreported as 5 years old, yet with a birthday in December 1895.  InJune 1900 she would be only 4.5 years old, and should be reported as 4years old.  If really 5 years old, then she was born in 1894.

Note that in the 1896 census Norah was reported as already 2 yearsold.  If born in December 1895, she would have still been an infantabout 6 months old.  This is a common problem in the 1900 census, often reporting the birth a year later than actual.  it appears thatpoor math was involved, probably largely because very few people wereedicted.  It appears the procedure was for the enumerator to ask forthe age, then the birth day or birth month, then infer the year, oftenin error.  Many people would not know or focus on dates, which we nowtake as so utterly necessary.

If she was born in December 1894, she would have been 1.5 years old inJune 1896.  so technically, to be really 2 years old in June 1896, shewould have had to be born in December 1893.  But in practical terms,it was probably 1894.  Her gravestones has 1895 as the birth year, which does not match the ages reported in censuses, but does match the1900 report.
