    Mrs. M. L. Green (Mary nee Kelly), wife of the mayor of Sorento, died October 27, 1918 at the family home in that city. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry C. Kelly, both deceased. She was born in Cedar county, Missouri, October 6, 1874. On January 13, 1898 she married M.L. Green of Sorento, and he with one son, Lloyd survives. Mrs. Green is also survived by two brothers, and three sisters; Andrew D. Kelly of north of Sorento, Daniel of Litchfield; Mrs. Mattie Hufferd of Gutherie, Oklahoma; Mrs. Ruth C. Long of Hillsboro and Mrs. Nannie Kessinger of Kansas City. Burial was at Sunnyside cemetery.
