From information on their age at marriage in the 1920 census, itappears Ray married shortly after registering from the draft.  Hemarried divorcee Reedie Joan Meek Christian, and they are enumeratedin the same township of Washita County, with her son Ralph Christian. The enumerator has listed Ralph with his stepfather's surname.  Thisis corrected in the 1930 census listing.

Note that the 1930 census reports that Reedie was first married at age23.  If she is 35, that means she was born about 1895, it could havebeen 1894.  That is consistent with the record in the 1920 census.  Ifshe was fist married (to Matthew Henry Christian) at age 23, thatwould make it 1918.  But in January 1920 her son Ralph Christian isalready 8, meaning he was born about 1911.  Since in 1920, she is age24 and already married to Ray (Roy?) Dew, she must be reporting theage at which she married Ray, not when she was first married, which iswhat the census asks.
