Etienne Victor Stephen Victor, born in 1764, had a son named Etienne or Stephen, born in 1792, who married Susan or Suzanna Pertuis.  They had a son named Victor Vasseur, who married Nina Pertuis in 1822, which probably means Victor was born about 1800-1804.

The following records report a Victor Vasseur, or Etienne Vasseur over a period of time from 1810 to 1820 in four petition letters about the territory..  The earlier two to three, 1810-1812, are proably for the elder EtieneeVictor Vasseur born 1764.  By In 1820 the elder Etienne's son Etinenne or Stephen Vasseur, born in 1792 would have been about 28, so could have been the one refered to.  I have found no death date for the elder Etienne.  But his wife Marie la Rose died in 1798.
