23-year-old Willard G Taylor in 1940 matches the 13-year-old Gerand Hhere.  If Willard G and Gerand H are both correct names and initials, then Willard had four names:  Willard Gerand H Taylor.  I have notdiscovered what the H stands for.  From the family configuration in1940, it looks like Willard's father Daniel died about 1933.  In the1940 census, Willard's mother Zell is married to Quenton Wood andthere are 6-year-old twins in the home that seem to be Zell'schildren.  So it looks like she married Quenton wood soon after DanielTaylor passwed away.
