Note that Ollie is reported with the same surname as the other three children, even though in 1900, Joshua Ross and Angie Freeman Ross are in different households and Angie reports herself as a widow. If Angie was married again, it appears her husband died beftween 1907 when Ollie was born and the census. I have found no sources that comment on these factors concerning the familly configuration.
