• When Rube registered for the WWI draft, he reported his birth date as 22 November 1899.  But his death records report his birth date as 21 Nov 1897;.the grave reports only the year 1897.

  The genealogy that provides a photo of Rube's gravesotne reports that it is in St Charles Cemetery, St Charles, Arkansas.  However, the memorial for Rube on Find A Grave reports that his grave was found in the Chute Cemtery.  Find a Grve gives the Chuite Cemetery a DeWitt address, but it is east of DeWitt, and several miles south of St Charles.  Unfortunately the memorial maker does not provide a photo of the gravestone.  The info reported there does match the stone in the photo provided my T A Maffit in his genealogy.  This seems to mean that his grave is in Chute Cemetery, not St Charles Cemetery.
