- Effie Ella went by her middle name. I remember the two sisters as Ella and Stella. I recall as a child that the family would call Ella "Aunt Eller." Lou Ila Gregory Jenkins reported her birth date, as well as the birth dates for both James Toliver Green and Amanda Tatum West.

Obituary
Effie Ella Green, 91, Marlow Tuesday, died at 7:40 pm Tuesday, Feb 17, in the Marlow hospital after a long illness.
Funeral for Miss Green will be held at 2 pm Thursday (today), Feb 19, in the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home Chapel. Conducting the service will be Wayne Price, minister of the Marlow Church of Christ.
Miss Green was born Dec 10, 1889, at Marietta and has been a resident of Marlow 1908. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lindsay.
Surviving are three nephews Homer Green and Joe Green, both of Marlow, David Green, Ardmore; a niece, Mrs Lou Ada Horning, Marlow, and two cousins [?] Don Green and Fait Green, both of Marlow. [Don Green is Homer's half-brother.]
Burial was in the Marlow Cemetery. Serving as bearers will be Don Green, Charles Horning, Joe Green, David Green, Fait Green and Elvin Homer Thornton.

In Memoriam -- Funeral Services
Funeral services for Effie Ella Green, 91, were held in the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home Chapel in Marlow Thursday, February 19, 1981. She passed away Tuesday, February 17 at the hospital in Marlow.
Ella was born Dec 10, 1889 near Marietta, IT and moved to the Rock Springs community near Marlow in 1908. She moved to the Lindsay area in 1951, residing there until May 1979 when she went to live in the Marlow Manor. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lindsay.
Miss Green was preceded in death by her parents, James Toliber [Toliver] and Amanda Green, two sisters, Lizzie Leona Green in 1950 and Stella Addie Green in 1979 and a half-sister Lou Ada Caldonia West Green in 1907.
Surviving her is one nephew, Homer Green of Marlow and several nieces and nephews, also several cousins. Great nieces and nephews in Garvin County are Dessie Spann, Pauls Valley; Josephine Hayes, Lou Jenkis, Everett Gregory, Wanda Trout and Loretta Gay all of Lindsay.
Pallbearers were Donald Green, Layfayette [Lafayette] Green, Elvin Homer Thornton, Joe Green, David Green and Charles Horning. Burial was in the Marlow Cemetery.
