  Notice that even though the enumerator reported that Sallie was 1 months old, he also said she was born in December.  That would make her 8 months old.  Sallie was probably the nicknmae for Sarah.  Her mother's name here PA probably stands for Peggy Ann.  She was Margaret Ann.
  
  In 1880, Sarah's nickname was spelled the more common way with a Y.
