• The John Lewis in the following SOTAR may be a different John Lewis.  Note that the wife is reported as Margaret Lynne, rather than Margaret Reese.  The birth date of Thomas, on another page of this application, is 27 April 1918, 19 years older than the youngest other child we have documented.  John Lewis and Margaret Reese's son Amos was born in 1737.
