Notes

• Florence was the first chidl of Eli A Riddle (or Ridedles) who was born in Arkansas, according to the 1860 census.  But in 1870 her birth state was reported as Missouri.  Eli's wife Regina died between the 1850 and 1860 censuses.  All the children born after the 1850 census were born in Arkansas.
  
  It has seemed to me that Florence, the oldest Arkansas-born child, born about 1852, was the daughter of Hannah, the seconcd wife.  But some researchers believe Regina was her mother.  I have seen no documentation on any genealogy to confirm that one way or the other, nor have I found any.  The question is, at this stage, moot.
