Notes
- The basic personal and family information for Francis Ann Moore was included in her funeral home information, posted on the website of the Luginbuel Funeral Home, Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
Francis and her husband James Bailey Forsyth moved to Texas. There is some indication they were there before the 1860 census, yet there is a Civil War record indicating James, though a Tennessean, served the Union in the war. How easy it would have been to join the Union army from Texas is questionable. But they were definitely in Titus County, Texas, by the 1870 census, then into neighboring Bowie County, in the northeastern corner of Texas, for the 1880 census.
