This entries appears to report on Joseph Barnet [sic -- only 1 T], born 1731. Nearby are a John Barnet, Micajah Barnet and Edward Barnet, all within a few houses of each other, and a James Barnet farther away, all recorded on the same page. Edward appears to be Joseph's brother.
