    CYRIL EYNON
    Cyril O. Eynon of Fairfax, longtime Musicians Union businessrepresentative, died yesterday in a local hospital after a shortillness. He was 71. Eynon was born in Salt Lake City, where he began amusical career, playing the saxophone with Red Nichols and His FivePennies.

    For many years he played in San Francisco at the Curran Theater and atsuch events as the Ice Follies. In addition, he had been businessrepresentative in Marin County for the Musicians Union Local No. 6 ofSan Francisco for 17 years before retiring from that job last year.Eynon continued a locksmith-musical instrument repair business inFairfax until his death. He had lived in Marin 25 years.

    The family home is at 17 Madrone Court. Eynon is survived by his wife,Cecelia; a daughter, Mrs. Karil Andrews of Mill Valley; two sisters,Mrs. Muriel Kockisch of Terra Linda and Mrs. Louise Walker of LongBeach, and a brother, Eyrick Eynon of Sonoma.

    Memorial service will be at 4:30 p.m. Friday at the Chapel of theHills in San Anselmo. The family prefers memorial contributions to theMarin County Heart Association.
