    Funeral rites for Mrs. Willie White Hembree were held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 O'clock at Oswalt with Rev. I.V. Brummitt officiating. Mrs. Hembree died on November 2 at her home near Oswalt. She was born in Denton County, Texas on July 11, 1884 and moved with her family to Love county 66 year ago. She had lived here since that time. She married to James Edward Hembree on June 16, 1905.

    They were the parents of 11 children, 10 of whom survive. Mr. Hembree preceded her in death on Sept. 7, 1955. Mrs. Hembree was a faithful member of the Pentecostal Holiness church.

    Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Mary Phillips of Santa Paula Calif. Mrs Vida Jackson os Oswalt, Mrs Hettie Nelson of Popular Calif. and Mrs. Laura Grubbs of Ft. Worth; six sons Lonnie, William, George, James, J.W. and Odie Hembree all of Oswalt and Wright Hembree of McCory, Arkansas; one sister, Mrs. Mollie Randolph of Ardmore; 20 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

    Burial in the Simon Cemetery was under the direction of the Goodrich Funeral Home.
