  This may be the Isaac Rhinehart who was appointed administrator of the estate of William Gregory in Jefferson County, Tennessee.  William died in 1837, but the estate still unsettled in 1853, when this lawsuit was filed against the estate.  This original administrator, William's father Richard Gregory, had also died at some point.  Some sources call Isaac's wife Susan Gregory and others Susannah.

  William Gregory [son of Richard Gregory and Lucretia Jones of Virginia], died intestate, his estate settled [?]. Richard Gregory [father of William] was made admr of the estate, then he died.
  
  Isaac Rhinehart [husband of Susan Gregory, William's sister] was then made executor of the Gregory estate, which was insolvent.
  Bradford & Evans were security on the estate, sued to settle the estate.

  In 1870, Isaac is reported alone with several children in the home, as well as his sister-in-law Mary Jane (Jane Gregory), who was with them from 1850.

  Dorcas is reported as 28 years old here, which would match birth in about 1842, compared to her report in the 1850 census, 4 years oild, and thus born about 1846.  But the 1880 census, clearly reproting her as the daughter of Isaac, reports her age as 33, only 5 years greater than the 1870 census, matching birth in about 1848!  This may be another of the many testimonies we see in records of that era indicating the lack of attention to these demographic details that became so important, even vital, over the course of the 20th century.
  
  But then maybe Dorcas the daughter was reported in 1870 as Lucretia, being only 1 years off from the age between the 1870 and 1880 censues.  This is close to the age of 4 reported in the 1850 census.  But that won't work either.
  
  It is not totally clear who the mother of Magnolia and Rhoda are.  There is no wife reported in the 1870 or 1880 censuses.  There is a Dorcas or D Rinehart and a Lucretia or L Rinehart in al lthe censues.  So Dorcas in all these reports is the daughter of Isaac and Susan.  Dorcas Rinehart reported int eh 1900 censusd as the mother of Rhoda (Rinehart) Killion matches the daughter Dorcas in the eearlier censuses.  It is looking more and more like a situation of incestm, which I try very hard not to conclude in these analyses.
