  • On the death certificate of her daughter Letha, Letha's father's name was mistranscribed by Ancestry as Feese, but it was written as Few.  Her mother was named Harriet Childs.  Other sources, including Letha's gravestone, indicates her maiden name was not Feese, but Few.

    Some genealogies report that Hannah's real name was Harriet M Childs, and Hannah was a nickname.  She appears in the 1880 census as Hariet, wife of the elderly John Hance.  Her two daughters, Jane Few and Emma Few, are in the household.
