In the 1860 census, Simeon is reported as C and the family name is recorded as Dickinson. Birth states match those reported in 1850, and we can recognize and match most of the children. The child reported as C T does not match any of the 1850 children by name. But being female, in the order of birth, this should be Frances (spelled Francis in 1850). PA would be Ann, and E must be Eliza, though the age we woudl expect is 22, not 28. Elizabeth was already married by thiat time. Since the youngerst child W H is reproted as 7 years old, we can say that Livie died some itme after 1853 before the 1860 census.
