• Birth date of Pierre is based on census information on Felicity's family in 1840.  He is in the age range of 15-20 years.  His brother Caliste was born in 1825, based on his age in later censuses.  And Pierre was older.  So I have estimated the high end of the age range for the 1840 census.

  The Church of St Peters performed baptisms of infants in the communities around Arkansas Post and along both sides of the Arkansas River in the area.  One daughter of Pierre and Mary is reported there.  The entry below is from the Index, but the actual original handwritten record pages were not available with the transcription.  Mary Elilzabeth was baptised at the Post of Arkansas.
